Grenadine
For our ties, we use exclusive, rare grenadine from Lombardy, e.g. from the weaving mill of Fermo Fossati or Seteria Bianchi s.r.l.. This type of silk is distinguished by highly twisted fibers woven on jacquard looms, thanks to which the grenadine obtains a clear, openwork structure - it is matte or discreetly shiny depending on the angle of incidence of light. We sew ties in our workshop in Warsaw. As a standard, we create a 3-fold with a black insert, which additionally emphasizes the drawing of this unique fabric.

Garza fina and garza grossa — what's the difference
At Tiestore.pl we offer ties in two types of grenadine. Garza fina features a finer, more delicate weave — subtle and refined, ideal for pairing with classic suits and formal attire. Garza grossa has a more pronounced, open structure — bolder and more expressive, appreciated by those who want the tie to make a clear, deliberate statement.

We source our grenadine exclusively from Lombardy — from Fermo Fossati, a mill operating continuously since 1871, and Seteria Bianchi. Both manufacturers rank among the most respected silk producers in Italy, supplying some of the world's finest tailoring houses.
Construction
Our grenadine ties are made as 3-fold — folded three times, unlined, with a black interlining that enhances the distinctive texture of this exceptional fabric.
