1. In accordance with Polish law, we guarantee you the possibility of returning the product purchased in our e-shop www.tiestore-en.shoplo.com, within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The costs of sending back the goods shall be borne by the buyer. In order for the return to be accepted, it is necessary to meet the conditions:
- the products have not been used and are not damaged, the label / seal is not broken, the protective - seams are not removed from the trousers / jackets pocket,
- the product is sent back in the original packaging along with the proof of purchase and a complaint form filled in legibly,
- the store will be informed in advance via e-mail about the intention to return or exchange the purchased goods.
- goods made to order are not refundable
2. Defective goods are subject to exchange. It is necessary to describe in the complaint form what the defect is. The disadvantage is not the difference in appearance / color resulting from the settings of the computer, monitor, etc.
3. If the product can not be replaced with the same correct one, en.tiestore.pl store will contact the Buyer in order to determine the possibility of exchanging for a similar product or the amount equal to the value of the purchase, to the indicated bank account or address (postal order) will be refunded.
4. Possible differences in price will be taken into account when exchanging.
5. There is no possibility of returning, exchange of goods that has been damaged by the Buyer.
6. We do not accept refunds for postal credit.

8. Complaints and returns are considered by the producers and / or appraiser.
9. In case of non-acceptance of a refund / complaint due to failure to meet the requirements of Section 2 of Section VI of these Regulations, the person returning the goods will be informed by e-mail to the e-mail address that the complaint will be rejected and the goods will be sent back to the address provided.
