Our story and values

Tiestore.pl is a Warsaw-based tailor’s workshop and accessories shop where, for almost 30 years, we have been combining experience with a thoughtful approach to elegant attire. We specialise in bespoke tailoring and the sale of carefully designed, ready-made, luxury accessories – ties, pocket squares, scarves, neckerchiefs and more. Our craftsmanship is based on the highest quality fabrics and a personalised approach to the customer, which together define classic tailoring.

We sew from scratch using the bespoke method and assist in selecting coordinated outfits and high-quality accessories. We offer a wide selection of styles and fabrics from Italy and the UK, so that everyone can find something to suit their style in our workshop – whether masculine, feminine, eccentric, classic, traditional or modern.

        Your questions

        Where do you sew?

        We manufacture our products in Warsaw, at our workshop at 9 Sokołowska Street, in unit U30. Our brand is Tiestore.pl, but we also collaborate with other manufacturers, such as MEKA Shoes. We stock several other brands (e.g. Gianfranco Ferré, La Martina, Moschino), but the vast majority of our range is the result of our own craftsmanship.

        Where do you get your fabrics from?

        We source our fabrics from the finest Italian and British manufacturers, such as Fox Brothers, Dugedale, Fermo Fossati, Ferla SRL, Dormeuil, Harrissons, Holland & Sherry, Drapers, Carlo Basetti, Carnet, Caccioppoli, Carlo Barbera, Tessitura di Quaregna, Canepa, Carlo Riva, Moon, Drago, English Cloth, Ermenegildo Zegna, Fratelli Tallia di Delfino, Finmeryn, Scabal, Standeven, Huddersfield and Loro Piano. We have swatch books from the manufacturers we work with in our studio – come and have a look!

        What custom-made bespoke items can I have made here?

        We make suits, shirts, outerwear, flat caps and all other items of elegant men’s and women’s fashion. We also make all the accessories suitable for elegant fashion, such as ties, scarves, bow ties, pocket squares, braces and neckerchiefs. (However, we do not make items from leather or fur).

        Do you fulfil orders for businesses (e.g. with logos)?

        Yes. We have extensive experience working with businesses. We have had the pleasure of supplying elegant accessories in line with corporate branding, including those featuring logos, to many businesses and organisations. Sometimes these were orders for a dozen or so ties, whilst on other occasions they involved several thousand different accessories supplied through tenders. We also maintain long-standing partnerships with corporate clients.

        Can you make something from fabric that I bring in myself?

        We do offer this option, but we must point out that we would first need to see the fabric and understand what is to be made from it. Only after such a consultation can we confirm whether we will take on the job.

        Can you alter a suit that I bought elsewhere?

        Yes. We create a full range of elegant garments, so we are able to alter items purchased or made elsewhere. We have done this on numerous occasions. Our team’s hourly rate for this service is 120 PLN, so the price of such alterations depends on the complexity of the job and the time required to complete them.

        Do you offer a bespoke service for women?

        Yes. We use traditional bespoke methods, so we are able to create a variety of styles of elegant garments. We have experience in making women’s suits, dresses and other items.

        Do you sell fabrics?

        Yes. We can sell the fabrics we have in stock.
