Silk wedding bow ties handmade at the Tiestore.pl tailoring atelier in Warsaw for nearly 30 years — from grenadine woven by Fermo Fossati and Seteria Bianchi, the only two mills in the world producing authentic grenadine. The collection includes self-tie bow ties in sky blue, antique gold, burgundy, navy and black, as well as composed evening sets with a cummerbund and pocket square for the wedding reception or a black-tie ceremony.

Grenadine for the wedding — a bow tie that reads in photographs
A grenadine wedding bow tie is a choice that every informed eye will recognise in a photograph. Grenadine (garza) is produced exclusively by two mills in Como: Fermo Fossati (est. 1871) and Seteria Bianchi (est. 1907). The Tiestore.pl wedding collection offers grenadine in two weaves — prometeo (garza grossa) with its more open, pronounced honeycomb structure, and filolao (garza fina) with its subtler, denser character. Both are solid-coloured: the ornament of a grenadine bow tie is always the weave, never a pattern.
Self-tie — the only appropriate choice
A wedding bow tie should be tied by hand. The slightly asymmetrical knot, the natural volume of the wings, the visible evidence of a hand at work — these are the qualities that distinguish a groom who has genuinely dressed from one who has merely put on clothes. Every wedding bow tie in the Tiestore.pl collection is available self-tie, in standard sizes suited to a range of face and collar proportions. Non-standard sizes are available on commission.

For the groom choosing a dinner suit, the Tiestore.pl tailoring atelier offers composed evening sets: a self-tie silk bow tie, a cummerbund and a pocket square matched in colour and cloth in the same workshop. Available in black, burgundy and navy — the classic colours for black-tie and evening dress. A matched set achieves a coherence that no combination of separately sourced accessories can fully replicate.
A matched set for the groom and groomsmen
The atelier will make a matched set of wedding bow ties for the groom and his groomsmen on individual commission — in the same fabric, colour and size, maintaining full consistency across the arrangement. Each bow tie can be complemented with a hand-embroidered monogram in silk thread. Craft and design at the highest level.
