At the Tiestore.pl tailoring atelier in Warsaw, we have been making wedding pocket squares by hand for nearly 30 years — in Italian silk, linen, cotton and grenadine filolao from Como. The collection includes classic white in several fabrics, white pocket squares with contrast borders coordinated to the wedding's colour scheme, and pastels — including a pale pink silk for the groom who knows what he is doing.

The white pocket square — a classic that needs no justification
A white pocket square is the one wedding choice that never requires explanation. Available in silk, linen, cotton and grenadine filolao — each fabric produces a slightly different visual effect and a different hand, but all belong to the same family of considered, unimpeachable elegance. A silk pocket square has natural lustre and fineness; linen has a matte texture and the characteristic slubs of natural fibre; cotton offers precision and stability in the fold; grenadine has a subtle, open gauze structure that only a close eye will notice. Every pocket square is finished with hand-rolled edges or a carefully sewn contrast border.
Contrast borders — subtle coordination with the wedding palette
White pocket squares with a contrast border offer the groom a way to reference the wedding's colour scheme without departing from classical dress. The Tiestore.pl collection offers borders in navy, violet and turquoise — coordinated to the colour of a tie, bow tie or the bridal party's flowers. Grenadine filolao — a pocket square for the connoisseur
A white pocket square in grenadine filolao is the choice of the man who understands fabric. Filolao is the subtler, denser weave of grenadine produced by Seteria Bianchi in Como — more formally restrained than garza grossa, with a delicate gauze structure visible only at close quarters.
